The proceedings will be published in the Collection “Proceedings of the international Astronomical Union” by Cambridge University Press.
The website is: https://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/iau. The authors create an account and select “Author” in the main menu; they select the appropriate Symposium (IAUS 382) from the drop down during Step 1 of the submission process.
The Online submission starts now and will be closed on the 31st of August 2023, the final manuscript will be completed for the end of September.
The maximum number of pages is fixed to 10 pages for invited talks, 6 for oral contributions and 2 for posters.
The LaTeX template files are found in the IAU file directory for Authors: https://www.iau.org/static/scientific_meetings/authors/.
All participants to IAUS 382 will have a free electronic access to the proceedings (the cost is included in the registration fees); if you wish a paper copy, please mention it in the registration form (75 €) or contact us later on.
