REGISTRATION FEES

Early registration fees of 270€ apply until 30 April 2023. Late registration fees (320€) apply from 1st May 2023 until 30 June 2023.

Registration fees include the participation to all CPSII sessions, the online abstract book, the WiFi access, the coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the visit of the local educational observatory, and the electronic proceedings. It does not include the lunches and the gala dinner.

EXTRAS

If you wish to have lunches at the university restaurant, a week ticket (5 lunches) is available for 50€. Alternately, the city of Namur offers many opportunities for sandwiches or restaurants.

If you wish to attend the Gala dinner on Thursday 6th July, the amount is fixed to 50€, all included. The number of participants being limited, we encourage you to register well in advance.

If you wish a hard copy version of the proceedings, the cost (fixed by IAU) is 75€.

Regarding the accommodation, Namur has a wide offer of hotels, B&Bs and other lodging arrangements, that can be easily searched and booked on-line. We have obtained special prices for several hotels during CPSII. Please consult our accommodation section and follow the instructions for the booking of these hotels. The student dormitory is also available (private single bedrooms with kitchen and bathroom shared) with breakfasts in the university restaurant. The week package (from Sunday night to Saturday morning) is fixed to 325 €. Please use the registration form for this option.

As you know, the inflation rate is very high. We tried to find reasonable formulas to limit the costs for the participants.

Please do not forget to apply for the IAU grants, before 15 January 2023 and mention the option 1, 2 or 3 in your application form, as explained in the IAU travel grants section.
